Business History

Waters Appliance Service, Inc. opened its doors in 1964. We're located in the heart of Olde Towne Gaithersburg on East Diamond Avenue, which is the main Olde Towne business district.

We stock over 23, 000 different parts and accessories. While it is impossible to stock all the parts, for over 80 manufacturers we represent, we do stock the most frequently used items. We are happy to order any part you need if it is not already in stock.

We provide warranty service for the majority of the manufacturers listed on this site according to their terms and with a proof of purchase.

There is plenty of parking in our rear lot, behind the store

and street parking at the front of the store.
